At the point of the Winter Solstice\, we begin to turn towards the light in small increments. \nThis practice will utilize gentle movement (with options for practice\, including chairs)\, breath-work\, a sound healing meditation with metal and quartz crystal bowls\, voice\, shruti\, Celtic Harp and more! \nFor the sound healing meditation\, you can use a chair/chairs or lay on the floor. \nPlease bring yoga mat/towel/blanket/any supports you may want or need. \nRSVP space is limited \nTickets can be purchased HERE!
