Join Rachel and this Blessed Sangha in a practice of Belonging/Connection.
Rachel centers the teachings of Yoga and the Sangha (community)
Rachel integrates yoga philosophy/breathwork/asana/meditation/sound healing and live music.
In this Gentle class, the participant uses chairs/blocks/walls and any other props. We do not do any weight bearing on knees or lay on our bellies.
