Join Rachel Allen, Certified Music Practitioner, Experienced Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer on a Musical Healing Journey that includes simple chants and mantras, quartz crystal and metal bowls, and Celtic Harp.
Bring a yoga mat, bolster, blankets and water bottle. You may also want a journal if that is a practice that supports you.
