Blessings Beyond Bypass

Tender Medicine for Hard Times

This content was birthed during some of the most challenging intense times of the pandemic and the election season from October of 2020 through February of 2021.

It is my hope and intention that these blessings can serve and support us during times that seem equally as intense.

testimonials

"Rachel’s yoga practice is magic. Her integration of music, themes, thoughts and readings with the physical practice creates a whole healing program. The practice is the core of a community that’s grown up around our weekly gathering. I truly rely on it for support and grounding. As a queer person I’ve felt so very welcomed and loved into this LGBTQ+ friendly, and in every way supportive and welcoming community space. At the center is Rachel, with her unique love and integration of yoga into life."

"Class with Rachel is about remembering. I remember the miracle of my body, the web of supportive community and my resilience to interface with an ever changing world. It is refreshing to know and feel that however I show up is perfect. Rachel creates more than a judgment free space but a truly safe space for all bodies at all times."
Christine Casullo
"The training Rachel provided to our staff and Community Health Workers (CHWs) was invaluable. The sessions provided the tools needed to care for participants of the Community Care HUB, as well as mindfulness practices that the CHWs can utilize for their own self-care. We are so grateful to have Rachel’s expertise and talent in our community!"
