Yoga & The Celtic Wheel. A Beltane Practice
Awaken Creativity, Growth, and Vitality, Mirroring the Energy of Spring!
Participants will be invited in an All Levels Practice into Fire and Water themed, heart-opening and grounding movements to connect with the Earth's energy.
Meditation and intention-setting will center around embracing transformation and embracing new beginnings in alignment with the spirit of Beltane, one of the cross quarter festivals of The Celtic Wheel and the halfway point between the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice.
